I can talk about all sorts of roles in the civil service and public sector – my own have ranged from EU and international negotiations via the Cabinet office to running Agencies and Government Offices – and also about the voluntary sector and being a trustee or non-executive Director which is what I do now. Culture change in organisations, promoting diversity and mentoring are all passions of mine.
