The Associates Committee has nine members, who usually serve for a term of three or six years. The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer each serve for a term of three years. The current Committee is:

- Mihiri Jayaweera – Treasurer and Student Workshops Lead
- Heather Self – Vice President and Associates Events Lead
- Janet Gruber – Recruitment/Membership Lead
- Sue Delafons – Engagement Lead, Hons Lead
- Wendy Hirsh – Student Workshops Lead
- Allyson Reed
- Joy Scurr – Associates Event Lead
There are three Associate Fellows, who each serve on the College’s Governing Body for three years. The current Associate Fellows are:
Two Associates (or former Associates) are representatives on the Roll Committee:
One Associate (or former Associate) is a representative on the Guild of Friends:
There are also some people who lead on specific initiatives but who aren’t on the committee:
- Mary Bolton – Local Roll Groups Lead
- Louise Pryor – Website Lead
- Rolande Anderson – Hons Lead
